We bring the data from your systems —sales, inventory, customers— together in one place, with its full history and already organized. It is analyzed there, without touching the systems your company runs on.
Your system is built to run the business, not to analyze it. That is why the answers come from a hand-built Excel file that nobody can reproduce, or from queries so heavy that they slow the system down for everyone. And the data is scattered: sales in one system, inventory in another and customers in a third.
The platform
- An installation just for you. Your data does not share an installation with any other client's data, whether on your infrastructure or on ours, operated by Hábil.
- It brings in the data from your systems, in batches or as it happens. It stores it with its full history and in open formats, so you are not tied to a vendor.
- Numbers that reconcile. Each load is reconciled automatically against your system, and if something doesn't add up, you see it.
- In the tools you already use. Your numbers reach Excel, Power BI, Looker or Tableau, and a secure connection with permissions delivers them to your AI or to other systems.
- Each person sees what is theirs to see. Access depends on each person's role in your company, and personal data stays protected.
- Retention and deletion. Each piece of personal data is kept for the period your company sets and deleted when that period ends or when the person asks.
- No paid enterprise licenses. We use open or freely usable components.
- Engaged separately. You can use Hábil Lake without Hábil AI, or Hábil AI without Hábil Lake.

To get started. We connect your data sources, define with you how each metric is calculated and deliver your first reports, already reconciled, in your Excel or your Power BI.
To grow. We build you new dashboards, quality rules specific to your business, your data catalog with a record of where each piece of data comes from, retention policies and alerts.
Scenario: a distributor wants to know its margin by product line and by season. Today, the margin comes from an Excel file at the end of the month. With Hábil Lake, several years of sales are brought together and organized. The margin for earlier years is calculated as an estimate, and from launch onward it is exact. The question is answered without touching the invoicing system. How you know it works: the numbers have to match the ones in your system.
Through that same connection, your numbers can be queried from other systems. That is how your AI uses them, or any other system you authorize. If you don't use AI, Hábil Lake works on its own.
How it is built.
Seven modules, each with one job:
- Ingest brings in the data from your systems, in batches or as it happens.
- Stream processes changes as they arrive.
- Storage keeps files and tables in open formats.
- Catalog keeps the index of your data and of who has access.
- Query answers SQL queries, feeds dashboards, connects to Excel, Power BI, Looker and Tableau, and provides access through an API.
- Governance controls role-based access, protects personal data, shows how each load is reconciled against the source system and applies retention and deletion.
- Orchestration schedules the loads and sends an alert if one fails.
