Configurable operations platform

From offer to payment, run your business by configuration.

by Hábil

Retícula brings catalogs, rules, pricing, sales, contracts, subscriptions, collections, CFDI invoicing, documents and customer communication into one configurable platform. The business moves product, price and operation within a governed frame; IT keeps architecture, security and integration. We operate it as PaaS.

How long does it take your company today to launch a new line of business — and how much of that time is software someone has already built?

The problem

You don’t need a system. You need twelve.

A company that wants to operate digitally doesn’t need one system: it needs twelve, all at once. Each piece, on its own, is a months-long project; together they are why a serious digital initiative takes one to two years to ship, and ships late.

Executive leadership

“We don’t lose for lack of ideas; we lose because every idea costs two years of system.”

Strategy arrives late when product, price, and channel depend on long technical cycles. Competitive advantage sits waiting on development.

Operations

“My operation lives across four systems that don’t talk and three spreadsheets no one can lose.”

When operations rest on fragile integrations and critical files, every new hire and every audit is a risk.

Finance

“We charge in one system, invoice in another, and chase overdue accounts in a spreadsheet.”

Collection, CFDI invoicing, and dunning should be a single flow with evidence, not three tools reconciled by hand each month.

Commercial

“Every new promotion, plan, or channel joins the development queue.”

A new price, rule, or channel shouldn’t open an IT project. The commercial team needs to move the offer at market speed.

Technology

“I don’t want another system to maintain with a team that’s already stretched.”

Every in-house system is operational debt: patches, on-call, deployments. The sensible move is to run on a base that someone else hosts and maintains.

Buying means paying for the license and then the project to adapt it. Building —or keeping on maintaining— a custom system means a team, a budget that stretches and an operation that depends on a few people. And even when the system ships, every commercial change becomes a ticket, a deployment and a wait. Retícula changes the model: the same operation by configuration, operated by Hábil —lower total cost of ownership, less key-person dependency, and changes without opening an IT project.

What Retícula is

One platform that runs your business, from offer to payment. By configuration, not by project.

Retícula assembles configurable capabilities —each with a single purpose— that together run your offer, sales, collections and communication. The same capability that charges an insurer’s premium charges a gym’s monthly fee, a clinic’s visit or a landlord’s rent. What changes is the configuration.

Config-driven

A new product, rate or channel does not open an IT cycle. What is development in other systems is configuration here.

Full cycle

Quote, decide, sell, issue, collect, invoice, notify and document on the same base. Your core system receives the clean final record; IT keeps control of architecture and integration.

Operated by Hábil

Delivered as PaaS. Hábil hosts, monitors, updates and responds. You contract, configure and operate: no servers to buy and no systems team to hire to sustain it.

And no infrastructure project

The project stops being “stand up a platform” and becomes what it always should have been: define your product and go sell it. Built for Mexico: CFDI, payment retry across providers without the card touching your systems, and WhatsApp as a first-class channel.

How it works

From a declared business to a live operation. With evidence.

Configuration

Declare the operation

You define entities, catalogs, plans, rules, rates, and the sales funnel. Without writing code per industry.

Execution

Run the full cycle

The platform quotes, decides, sells, issues, charges, invoices, notifies, and documents every operation, across any channel.

Operation

We operate it

Hábil hosts, monitors, and updates. Your core system receives the final data; the evidence of each decision is recorded.

Use cases

One base, many business models

Where Retícula applies and how long it takes. Implementation time is an estimate, subject to scope.

Auto insurance

4–8 weeks

The premium changes by coverage, zone, deductible, sum insured, age, term and channel. With a custom system, every rate or rule change is an IT project.

Who it serves: If you run an insurer or an agent channel, Retícula quotes, issues, collects and invoices policies with your rules and tables —by configuration, not development.

Ecommerce with distributors

8–14 weeks

Price depends on live input cost, variants, volume, channel and coupon; and you must reserve inventory and coordinate shipping across several systems.

Who it serves: If you run a store with a distributor network and dynamic pricing, Retícula handles catalog, price, cart, inventory and multi-carrier logistics.

Dental and vision health (group)

4–8 weeks

Catalogs, clinics, digital card, coupons and consent usually live between spreadsheets and systems that do not talk to each other.

Who it serves: If you administer group health with a clinic network, Retícula covers actuarial quoting, card, collection and evidence in one base.

Health marketplace

8–14 weeks

Connecting patients with specialists requires search, reputation, subscription, collection and —above all— a schedule that does not overlap.

Who it serves: If you run a health or wellness services marketplace, Retícula covers specialist onboarding and subscription, patient booking and collection.

Group and affinity insurance

8–14 weeks

A partner agreement is a plan with rules, cutoffs and partner documentation that today is run by hand or in a dedicated build.

Who it serves: If you manage affinity programs or group agreements, Retícula covers batch issuance, direct-debit collection and partner reporting.

Environmental compliance

8–14 weeks

Sites, permits, evidence and reminders live in folders and sheets; a missed deadline is costly.

Who it serves: If your company has recurring regulatory obligations, Retícula covers case files, documentary evidence and escalation on expiry.

Pensions and simulators

8–14 weeks

A full retirement formula and a free-to-paid funnel, with reporting and collection, is usually an expensive custom build to maintain.

Who it serves: If you advise on or sell pension calculations, Retícula covers simulation, reporting and online collection —the formula is configuration.

Gyms and memberships

4–8 weeks

Signup, plan, recurring billing, cutoff and dunning are usually run across three different tools.

Who it serves: If you run a membership business with recurring billing, Retícula covers signup, plans, collection and access control in one base.

SaaS and telecom (subscriptions)

4–8 weeks

Plan, add-ons, metered usage, invoicing and dunning end up in separate systems that must be reconciled.

Who it serves: If you sell recurring services, Retícula covers plans, usage metering, CFDI invoicing and automated dunning.

Rental and leasing

8–14 weeks

Rental combines subscription, security deposit, date-based reservation and metered use — and all of it must be reconciled.

Who it serves: If you rent equipment, tools or content, Retícula covers reservation, deposit, recurring billing and return.

Credit and lenders

8–14 weeks

The installment changes by down payment, term, score, embedded insurance and campaign; then you must approve and collect.

Who it serves: If you place auto, payroll or personal credit, Retícula covers simulator, approval and collection.

Education and courses

8–14 weeks

Enrollment, payment, capacity and calendar are usually run in forms and sheets that do not hold a seat.

Who it serves: If you run a school, academy or course platform, Retícula covers enrollment, payment, capacity and scheduling.

Events and ticketing

8–14 weeks

A seat is inventory with a timed hold; selling it twice or leaving it stuck is a direct loss.

Who it serves: If you sell tickets or seats, Retícula covers sales, timed holds and inventory control.

Real estate and long-term rentals

8–14 weeks

Contract, monthly billing, dunning, obligations and approvals end up scattered across systems and people.

Who it serves: If you manage residential or commercial rentals, Retícula covers contract, recurring billing, dunning and obligations.

Extended warranties

8–14 weeks

Selling and honoring a warranty requires product, collection, case file and coverage rules that today are loose.

Who it serves: If you offer extended warranties on products, Retícula covers sale, collection, case file and claim.

How we lower your risk

An operated platform, with clear responsibilities

Retícula is implemented alongside your current systems, not in their place. Here is what Hábil operates and what your team keeps.

Clear responsibilities

Hábil hosts and operates the platform —availability, updates and monitoring. Your team keeps the business decisions, control of your data and the relationship with your customer.

Works with your systems

Retícula runs on top of your financial (ERP) and operational core —it does not replace it— and connects through an integration layer that adapts to its protocol (events, webhook or API), whether a market system or an in-house custom build. Your core remains the source of truth; and if a custom system holds you back, you choose the pace: coexist with it or replace that operation by configuration. You start with what is urgent and grow without migrating everything at once.

Security and compliance

Every operation leaves evidence of what was decided, with which rules and who requested it. Collection does not pass card data through your systems and invoicing complies with CFDI.

Support and continuity

As PaaS operated by Hábil, we answer for operational continuity: backups, updates and a direct point of contact for your team.

IT keeps control

The business moves product, price and operation within a governed frame; IT keeps architecture, security and integration. Retícula adds capacity, it does not take it away.

Contractual governance

Scope and responsibilities are agreed in writing before implementation: what Hábil operates, what your team keeps, and with which service levels.
