Insurance & Insurtech

Policies don't stall at the quote. They stall between systems.

Quoting, issuing, collecting, invoicing and handling a claim all run through your core system, your ERP, your channels and your agents. We work on the thread that ties them together, with the core you already have.

A poorly connected policy doesn't crash. It just stops adding up

The quote goes out, the policy is issued and the payment is recorded. If the systems don't understand each other, the error shows up in reconciliation, on the invoice or in the policyholder's complaint. That's why we work on the thread that ties them together, not on replacing your core.

Symptoms your operation will recognize

Each symptom hurts one department first.

  • "Changing a rate is an IT project."

Every product, coverage or rule change waits in the development queue.

Salesthe market moves faster than your offering.

  • "The policy is issued, but the invoice isn't."

Issuance, collection and CFDI in separate systems, reconciled by hand.

Financepremiums that don't reconcile and period closes that have to be reopened.

  • "The direct debit failed and no one found out."

Rejections with no follow-up that end in cancellations.

    Collectionspolicies that lapse for non-payment.

  • "The claim is waiting on documents."

Photos, IDs and reports scattered across several channels.

Operationsdays sitting on the desk and an unhappy policyholder.

  • "The agent doesn't have the information at hand."

Phone calls and emails just to find out where a policy stands.

Salesopportunities lost to whoever answers on the spot.

Why now?

Usage-based products, digital channels and tax requirements are all arriving at once, and all of them depend on the same integrations.

What we offer

How we work

In stages, while your operation keeps running: first we measure what each integration does today; then we replace one segment at a time, with an agreed rollback. Your operation carries on throughout.

What we've already built

Our first client, back in 2007, was an insurer, and we've never left the sector since. Several of the pieces we built became products and now run at more than one insurer. A few examples, without names:

Pieces that became products

  • A commissions and bonus engine for the agent network

with the tax invoice for every settlement. It ran for five years at a global insurer and was later installed in another industry.
  • An international tax compliance engine

installed at more than one insurer; and a tax product of our own that runs at several.
  • Case management through workflows and work orders

in property and casualty and in complaints handling. Operated for more than a decade.

From risk to collections

  • The probable maximum loss (PML) of the entire portfolio from earthquake and hurricane

separating what the insurer retains from what it transfers to third parties.
  • Online payments end to end

the premium at issuance and every receipt after it, with services so partners can collect through their own channels.
  • Reinsurance administration

treaties, reinsurers, intermediaries, facultative claims and the accounting that comes out of them.
  • Electronic invoicing end to end

the policyholder's receipt, the agent's commission invoice and the stamping of the company's premium invoices; plus electronic accounting filings with the SAT.
  • From the insurance core to the accounting ERP, without a pause

while the insurer replaced its financial ERP, its operation kept feeding it, with the ERP confirming every transmission.

Sales, claims and service

The assessment, in two tiers

  1. First conversation, at no cost.

A map of your integrations from quote to claim, and the three points where you are most likely losing time or money.

  2. In-depth assessment, with an agreed scope.

What to tackle first, and a staged roadmap.

Who reviews your assessment: We work with a small number of clients at a time: whoever reviews your assessment stays with your project to the end.
